Responsibilities

  • Accept only manuscripts within your expertise and complete the review within 3 weeks.
  • Keep the manuscript confidential and do not process it with generative AI.
  • Declare conflicts of interest and decline if you can identify the authors.

What to Evaluate

  1. Novelty and significance of the contribution
  2. Technical soundness of the method
  3. Experimental design: datasets, metrics, recent baselines and ablations
  4. Reproducibility: implementation details, data and code availability
  5. Clarity of writing, figures, tables and references

Recommendation

Choose: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, Resubmit Elsewhere or Decline. Separate comments for authors from confidential comments for the editor.
