Complaints and appeals are handled fairly, confidentially and promptly.

1. Submit the complaintEmail the editorial office with the manuscript ID, a description and evidence.
2. AcknowledgementAcknowledged within 5 working days.
3. Independent assessmentHandled by an editor not involved in the original decision.
4. ResponseA written response within 30 days.

Appeals against Editorial Decisions

Authors may appeal a rejection once within 30 days with a point-by-point rebuttal. The Editor-in-Chief's decision after appeal is final.
